Tomcat session destroyed after I sync my system time from NTP Server

Hi !!
M New to this forum...
The issue is : i have a web application deployed on my linux machine. As I sync time of my linux machine from an ntp server . My web application's session is destroyed.
I tried hard to figure out the reason but i could not.
Has any one found such kind of issue ?
Any solution please
