Struts2 obsolete ?

What do you mean? The latest release happened just a month ago.

Do you think Linux (first released in 1991) is obsolete, too?

just to know
there so many MVC framework and a lot struts2 forum dont answer people so i though its obsolote now.(i mean french forum)

I can't speak to the vibrancy of the French Struts2 community in general, or the viability of whatever forum you're talking about. I think looking at the Struts mailing lists at Apache would be a more reliable indicator, though.

Also note that Struts 2 has not become nearly as popular as Struts 1 (and won't ever, IMO).

To deduce from either of these facts that is it obsolete would depend on your exact definition of "obsolete". I wouldn't use it for new projects, though, as I think that better alternatives are available.

because struts 1 was only alternative to mvc and spring will come after.that why struts was so popular
But now you have some pretty framework more interesting ex tapestry ,seam play .

I still see jobs in UK and Canada where people are seeking knowledge in Struts 2 - may be to maintain existing projects
