JoptionPane issues

My issue is that i need to Write a class that accepts a user's hourly rate of pay and the numb er of hours worked. display the user's Gross pay, the witholding tax(15% of gross pay), and the net pay (grosspay - Withholding)

i have no idea where to start i am completely lost
