Hi,I am new to designing so i am facing some problems in designing the webpage which should display as like same in all screen resolutions.
I am using table with 89% width as main display(using 14 inch laptop for developing) but when i saw my page on lower resolution screen (desktop) the left, right gaps are almost gone.that is my problem please help..

please suggest an answer without using any script(it matches my requirement) thanks in advance.
