Hi All,

i was trying to do the following task for several days and was not successful in doing it. appreciate much if someone can help me with it.

i have developed a desktop application using java and it works fine. there is a requirement to run this java application when the user opens(starts) a specific application.(lets say when the user open Microsoft word, my jar file should also get executed and the main Frame should be displayed).

i tried to do using AutoIT scripts but couldn't find a way.

please help me finding a solution for this(source code) or any other language or scripting language which i can use?.

thanks in advance.

I hope you're not expecting a full code solution, because we are NotACodeMill.

There are probably some hooks into the Windows API to handle this. Unfortunately, I couldn't find any yet. You'd have to search a bit yourself.
