Struts Error: while deploying

Hello,

error message appear's when I try to deploy struts file.

Root cause is :

Unable to find a javac compiler;
com.sun.tools.javac.Main is not on the classpath.
Perhaps JAVA_HOME does not point to the JDK

This has nothing to do with Struts. It's a problem with the Tomcat App Server. The answer is right there in the stack trace:

Perhaps JAVA_HOME does not point to the JDK

To fix it, change your JAVA_HOME environment variable so that it points to a full Java SDK, rather than a Java runtime environment.
