Compilation necessarily means translating one set of information (source code) into another form (object code; in
Java, object code is a class file, or possibly some other form of bytecode). In order to keep track of things, compilers generally take a source file and create a class file of the same name.
Running a program might do that, or it might translate one form into twenty, or not translate anything into anything; what it does depends entirely on what the program was written to do. So there is no equivalent "generation after execution".
