Hello i used to work on JPA , since i trying for Job change and Industry work on Hibernate , i'm very eager to learn hibernate , but on the same way i'm getting too much confused with hibernate , Is there any resource which can make thing easy and build on it.

in some website they say inverse="true" means

1) i'm the OWNER
2)In some other website it says , i'm not the owner
and each implementation differ from other
Mapping makes me confused too !!

thank you
