How to run servlet which send email, on client's computer

I have a web application that sends an email from application. But when i run it on my computer where i have developed it, it is running good also send email. but when i run it on the machine of my client it is showing error. what should i do..??

My client machine has jdk and Tomcat installed. can this be the error of Mail.jar file because i have not set classpath of mail.jar in my client's machine.

please help.

Are you going to tell us what error that is, or are we supposed to guess?

Tomcat does not use any classpath you set. Since it also does not ship with the JavaMail jars, you need to include those with your web app.

I want to know what is causing this error. will you tell me how i to include these jar files to my web app..??

So far you haven't even told us what the error is.

As to the other question, are you familiar with the WEB-INF/lib directory?

Will you finally provide us the error message (full stack trace is preferred), or do you want to keep us guessing?

Hi prashant,

I dont think issue is there because of mail.jar as it is working fine on your development machine and you must have deployed same app on client machine.
Please see log while running application and post the exception here from log then only someone can solve the issue.
