Getting Errror ORA-00904: invalid column name

I am trying to create a table using the following query

but whenever I try to do so ,I get the following errorErrror ORA-00904: invalid column name.I can not trace the error. Please help!

Check the name of your primary key column.

In general, try running SQL in a proper SQL tool e.g. Oracle SQLDeveloper or even just SQL*Plus, and break it up into sensible chunks to debug it.
