how to use tiles in structs

the three buttons in single page and result is display in the footer .

when i am clicking the add or update button some error came..please find the error.

Karthik,
You have forward path as Save & edit

<forward name="add1" path="Save"/>  
<forward name="update1" path="edit"/>

in struts-config but you do not have their definition in tiles (instead you have add,update and delete).
