Hi
I get dashboard exception all the time in cruisecontrol.

WARN BuildLoopStatusReportTask - Failed to reach dashboard instance : http://localhost:9004/dashboard/buildloop/listener, either the dashboard has not started up or there is a network problem.
java.net.SocketTimeoutException: Read timed out

Any thoughts on how to fix this?

Check the obvious first:

a) Is CruiseControl running (verify using OS tools)

b) Does CruiseControl have port 9004 open (verify using OS tools)

c) Are you sure the URL is correct?

By the way, is this a URL used by some JavaScript that is polling the server? Could there be a JavaScript error? Have you tried a different browser?

Oh, so them you got it working? If so, please say what you did (for the benefit of others who will have the same problem). If not, it would help if you also answered my questions...
