I am not sure whether i posted the correct Subject

I have downloaded a jar (basically that's a JCalender jar, from webpage ). But i don't know how to use it in my programs. I am not asking specifically to this JCalender jar, but speaking in general.

What i think is, just add the jar to classpath and just use its classes in the program. Is it so?
