I want all source code(.java) file of servlet api, like we have all source code of javase in src folder

Well, i am not sure if the servlet come with such kind of package, let the experts help you.
One way i know is to open the servlet-api.jar file and then use a decompiler to get the java file

can you tell me which book is better among "servlet and jsp cookbook and murach servlet an jsp book".........?

Until recently, Tomcat was the official "reference" implementation of the servlet API. You can download the complete source code for the Tomcat servlet container - here is a good page to get started with Tomcat.

Glassfish is the reference implementation of servlet 3.0 and has an open source version.
