Hi i joined in a small company where there are no projects. I want to develop my skills in java or jee. I want to participate as many projects(open source) as possible. please give me some links to join a project.

I am a beginner and want to know from scratch. I developed sample applications like Displaying/transaction of data from database using swing, servlet, applet, jsp.
