Windows restarting java?

Hi,

Not sure if this is the right suborum but I think this is related to security.

I noticed windows killing and restarting javaw.exe in the task manager every time I load test my java application and cpu usage hits 90% for some time. Are there security features in windows which sets this?

How is that Java process started? As a Windows service?
