Hello
I am migrating as stated. I believe there are some configuration changes. Also were are the core tlds? I have look in the core jar and not there. tia.

The TLDs are in the struts-taglib-1.3.8.jar file. You will also need to change the taglib declarations in all your JSPs to the following:

Thanks. Is there a configuration and syntax for local use, like 1.2? Can I really expect that Apache subsite more flawlessly local deployment

I'm afraid I don't understand the question. There are not that many differences, though, between Struts 1.2 and 1.3. If what you want was there in 1.2, most likely it's there in 1.3 also.
