I am very new to this SOA concept . Please guide me how to take the exam and how much the exam fees ?

You can register to take the exam in the prometric website, here is the page for the IBM certifications: https://www.prometric.com/en-us/clients/ibm/Pages/landing.aspx

There you can find a test center where to take the exam and schedule it. The price varies according to your country.
