Can anyone tell me please which book is the best book to learn android programming by own?
I am expecting a book like SCJP book by Kathy Sierra! ;)

There rarely is a single best of anything. Android in Action isn't bad, but I'm sure others will serve you just as well. Also read the http://android-developers.blogspot.com (if you're just starting out you may want to start 3 years ago or so).
