Extracting Data from ERP Software

Hi,
I'm trying to connect ERP software database with my JSP page, and view the records.
Is that possible to do? If so please guide me..

Which ERP Software ?
Does it use JSP for presentation ?
What database does it use ?
If the JSP is present in the external web application that you are trying to conenct to the ERP s/w, then look for the connection details in the documentation of the respective ERP software.
