about node attribute in jaxws:binding element

There is a rule that "While a jaxws: bindings element is used as a WSDL extension, it must not have a node attribute.
But I tried this in my wsdl from Martin Kalin's example , it works:

Why it works in jaxws:class node="..." ?
It is supposed to violate the rule.
