Searching for a book that will give me the basics to setup a basic data-driven website.

So, I've been out of development for quite some time and have a need to set up a basic, data-driven web-site. I've been looking at a few books but can't find any, single, book that sort of ties it all together. Does one exist?

 
Don't get me started about those stupid light bulbs.
