How to add dragging moving stretching and shrinking techniques in my new made JFrame in java?

I have made a new frame by extending a JFrame which looks unlike JFrame. Now how can I apply techniques through which I can make my frame move anywhere of the screen I want, and even how can I stretch and shrink it as well? I would be thankful if I am given or shown some guidance on it.
