Hi ,

I am working in IT Company in bangalore with decent salary(6LPA). I have 2 year of experience in C,GSM,GPRS.
I want to change my domain to JAVA. Am planning to start learning JAVA and do some certification on JAVA.
so is it good to switch from my doamin to JAVA @ 3 yrs exp? whether company allow me to take on JAVA without having real experience?

It is very possible, but you should be prepared to take an entry level position with relevant entry level salary. You can always fast track within 2 years.
