Externalizable. How can i get data in storage in files in JSON format.
Please, give me some tips or sequence of actions how it would be realised

There are a number of different libraries to read and write JSON format, for example Google GSON and Jackson (you'll find more if you search).

There's also a proposal for a standard API for JSON - someday in a future version of Java, it will be included as the default API for JSON, but it's not in the current version of Java yet.
