I saw that there are many ORM tools for Java -
Hibernate (Most jobs require only hibernate and its also the 1st choice for learners)
TopLink,
iBatis,
EclipseLink,
OpenJPA....

Did i miss any other tool ?

Why do we have so many tools ? It suggests that Hibernate is not the best ORM. How does one select the right ORM for their work ?
Would any ORM do ?

I asked this question, but I am still going to learn hibernate because thats whats hot in the market right now.
