can we rollback the sdk updates

i have updated my sdk today.when i updating it gives me some warnings.finally after updates it doesn't open my layout xml files.So how to rollback my today updates?

Start your Android SKD Manager. Select packages causing problems. Click Delete. Reinstall last working packages if required

how to identify packages which causes errors?I am getting problem when i try to open layout xml files.before update sdk there is no any issue.
because i don't remember which pakages updated.anyway i have updated 3 packages.below is the error which i am getting

Did you try updating your android eclipse plugin

Yes .Manesh.you are correct.after updating SDK it propose to update plugin.So i check updates as below

Help -->Check for Updates
then select DMM updates
it gives me above mentioned warning when updating plugins.Not while updating SDK.Thanks for your reply.anyway how to rolback it Manesh?

If the warning is not for the SKD, why do you want to roll back the SKD?
For the plugin, it would probably be easiest to uninstall and re install.
