Hi all,
I would like to know how to go about using PropertyConfigurator.configure(URL) method.
I have my configuration file log4j.properties. Whn should I use the above.
I would like to know the details.

Any suggestions is appreciated.

Do you WANT to use PropertyConfigurator?

The simplest way to configure log4j is to include log4j.properties or log4j.xml on your classpath and log4j will pick it up the first time a Logger class is loaded.
