Axis2 'Unable to generate WSDL 1.1 for this service' error

I used the wsdl first approach. My service is "calculator-service". When the code is generated, axis2 generates the wsdl file as calculatorService.wsdl. But since I want my service to be named as "calculator-service", I made the changes as mentioned here[1] . But still the same error comes. What could be the reason? Doesn't Axis2 support '-' character?
