We are creating maven project , which has 4 web modules and 5 ejb modules , some external libraries and jars.
for this project how the project structure should be

You will have 10 Maven projects. The nine you listed plus a packaging project to create the ear. You might also have an 11th project as a "parent" if you want all the projects in one folder in your repository. Each of your projects will follow the Maven standard directory layout.
