a. BETA exams normally have more questions than actual exams.
b. BETA exams have different marking scheme than actual exams. Check Oracle website for marking scheme for any particular BETA exam
c. BETA exams normally cost less than actual exams.
d. BETA exams results are declared after a certain time gap (few days or few months). Actual exams result are declared as soon as you finish exam.

Once you pass BETA exam, you shall get Oracle Certificate with actual exam title. It shall not be mentioned whether you have given BETA exam or actual exam.

should i take the BETA or wait to the Exam

Well this depend upon your choice. I always think - give exam only when you are fully prepared and confident to pass the exam.
