can any body suggest me how can put logs of my own project into TOMCAT default log file(tomcat.log).

Without any more details, this sounds like a question for the Tomcat Forum. Not really sure what you're asking? How to use log4j?

What version of tomcat are you using? Did you look at the tomcat documentation?
