i tried with below example.when i try to deploy EJB module in Jboss server it gives me below exception in console.

Your link says jboss 6.1.0 and your logs show jboss 5.1.0.

It's a known bug, with a workaround, in JBoss AS 5.1.0 https://issues.jboss.org/browse/JBAS-6981.

Anyway, I would recommend that you use the latest version of WildFly (JBoss AS is now known as WildFly) from here http://wildfly.org/downloads/, instead of using that very old and admittedly buggy version. I won't be surprised if you keep running into more issues on that older version.

I change the server to Jboss 6.still i am getting error

Looks like you have Java version mismatches. The version of Java you are using to create your ear is later than the version of Java your appserver is using?
