Displaying a PNG using JLWGL and Slick

I am trying to display a PNG using JLWGL and Slick. It is 64x64 pixels. My problem is that instead of displaying the PNG it displays the average color of the 4 corner pixels. For example if the entire PNG is black, except with 2 of the corner pixels white and 2 of them red, it will display solid pink. This is the code I have:

Welcome to the Ranch

I shall move this question as too difficult for “Beginning”. Have you tried on JLWGL fora or similar? I had never heard of either application before.
