Hi ,

I have been asked to give an in person interview for Sr java Solution Engineer position ,without telephonic screening
[java/J2EE ,spring,webservices]

I would want to know what kind of technical questions i can expect

The interviews till now I have given are telephonic ,so I wanted to know whether i should change the way i am preparing

Thank You

An in person interview might be more hands on. Or involve meeting more people. I think your prep would be similar either way. Practice answering questions, review the questions, etc.

The biggest difference I can think of is to practice shaking hands/making eye contact/etc. Ask a friend or family member to practice with you if you are rusty.
