Servlet is not Getting Parameter Value

Using IE and jqgrid

I have a container that has a drop down list I want to include this value in the URL that loads the jqgrid. This works on the initial display of the container but is I change the value and reload the value does not change.

Steve,
The select tag doesn't have a name attribute. Which means Java doesn't know the name of the parameter and can't return it.
