Permanent contract

I am happy to inform you all that after about ten years of temporary contracts, and not getting a renewed contract half a year ago, I have gotten a permanent position today. Not that I ever was out of work or that my salary was that low. But when you get over fifty and the economy goes down, you start to worry. And you start to study, which has paid of tremendously. So after being a little pessimistic a year ago, (you might have read that), things are brightening up quickly. I honestly did not expect this result so soon.

Congrats. In Australia, the banks are now a days offering fixed term contracts like 1 to 2 years.
