HTMLUnit vs. HTTPunit, what is the diff (functionality)?

Just going by the names, I assume httpunit allows you to test requests made of a server (for any generic client application, not just browsers), and htmlunit allows you to test a html DOM and whether submitting forms results in the correct resulting page.
 
Don't get me started about those stupid light bulbs.
