How to download Private Key Certificate from Windows Store

Hi All,
We have requirement were we have to find out the private key certificate from subject name and put that certificate to keystore file.
We have achieved same for root certificate, but we are not able achieve same for private key certificate. And how to fetch private key certificate from Local System level.

Can anybody help on this.
