Open pane with JSP from link

Hi guys, I have problem with my web application. When I open page (index.xhtml) from my html element (<a href"...">Link</a>) in second page (termsOfUse.xhtml), so website open page index.xhtml without JSP components (no form, no button, no textfiled) only html elements. Can you help me?

If the page isn't named with .jsp, it's not going go to be treated as a JSP.
