Hi,

I just downloaded the assignment part for my OCMJEA Certification and I think there are conflicting requirements that make the assignment not solvable.

- Is that a problem to post a non-technical question concerning the assignment, here. It is just a logical question about (Here it says so but this conflicts with that) ? A domain question.

The problem is that at this point the whole assignment makes no sense, any more.

- Are we (the OCMJEA asprirants) expected to solve the assignment by just assuming the missing parts without asking or are we expected to ask others (Oracle)?

Regards

Welcome to the Ranch.

Which assignment did you get?

It is unlikely there are "conflicting" requirements, just confusing or misleading.

The scope of the assignment will not change (eg no new user requirements or changing requirement like in the real world). The missing parts are what the assumptions are for.

What part of the domain is misleading?

Maybe below posts will in some regards. They don't say much but make you think harder

Hi Tsang,

that didn't excactly solve my problem but I already thought harder and finally got the solution. :-)

Now, everything makes sense :-) (So, far)

It was extremely misleading!!! :-)

Thank you
Yves
