Th econnection is refused



I have tomcal working in localhost:8080

Any idea, please?

The SMTP port is an email server port. I doubt it would be 8080
You need to give a real email server's ip and ports with other configs (such as SSL) to get emails up and working.

As Salvin mentioned - your need to specify the proper IP address (or FQDN) and TCP port for the SMTP server. You have specified the localhost:8080, which is the IP address and port number for your HTTP server. Do you have a local SMTP server? Which port is it listening on (standard ports are 25 and 587)?
