Can't load my picture in profil setting

Hi there I can't see my picture in my profil. I tried with a thumbnail version, I tried from both Linux and Windows(I thought there might be a problem with the path). But it's still not working.

The path is indeed not valid: http://home/bachir/Downloads/cool_me_tn.jpg

"home" is not a valid domain name.

Use a URL which points to a public address on the Internet.

You can sign up for a free imgur.com account and upload photos there. Be sure to use the URL of the image itself and not the HTML page containing the picture.
