As I was reading through the study material, I came across this content that describes the preliminary phase of the ADM:

What should I expect as questions that might be asked in the actual exam? I find it dumb to memorize this and I do not see any value keeping this in memory that would help me in practice. Could you guys please give me a feel of how the TOGAF test would test one's knowledge for the content above?

Joe,
You have to memorize. The questions are similar in style to the official and unofficial study guides. In fact, a few I got were identical to those in the official study guide.

Don't get me started about those stupid light bulbs.
