What is the perfect Java (6+) learning book?

Hello!

i am looking for the perfect Java learning book which not only teaches how to code java but in addition how to write clean/good java code from the very beginning.

Hence it should include the wisdoms of books like "clean code" (martin), "refactoring" (fowler) and "design patterns" (gof).

And it should at least be written for Java 6.

Do you have any solid recommendations?

Please tell us how much experience you have; different books are aimed at different levels of experience.
