I was planning on taking the IBM Visual Age for Java Certification. If anyones has any information or resources which would be worth checking out I would appreciate it. Even some words of wisdom would be nice
Thanks
Faisal

I passed 282 a while ago, the most important thing is to use the tool.
Many people use IDE such as VAJ as text editors, the exam will test that you know all the wizards, and menus etc.
This is not a java test, it is an IDE test (do Sun Certified Java Programmer, that will teach you enough java), you are expected to have some JSP/Servlet knowledge (know about the service method).
Do the exam at certify.torolab.ibm.com -- re-do it untill you are getting 90-95% (it is easier than the real exam, and you will start to see the same questions).
Good, luck.
James
