how do you run a servlet under apache tomcat 5.5.8,
i was using j2ee server which used a alias name in the deploytool
but in the case of apache tomcat, there is nothing like that and i would like to know abt that

The standard installation of Tomcat as downloaded from apache has EXTENSIVE documentation in the tomcat-docs web application and EXTENSIVE examples in the servlets-examples and jsp-examples.
