I have a problem using JDeveloper with CVS. When I commit my edited files and the other user asks for update of whole project i.e. .jpr file then it gives error that somebody else has not commited the .jpr file, but when I tries to commit the .jpr file it doesn't allow me to commit!!! All other files of project are committed and updatded successfully.

pls help since we have decided not use VSS but CVS only with JDeveloper 10.1.2.0.0
