Thank you for reading my question.

I installed Apache Tomcat on my Window XP Prefessional computer. My computer is connected to a on-campus Windows LAN (ADS domain) through a switch at my place. Apache Tomcat is the only web server, running at port 80.

The server runs normal locally. The IP address of the computer is obtained through DHCP. I used "http://149.*.*.*/FolderName/filename.html" to access pages. The problem is that my files, both *.html and *.jsp can't access from browsers from other computers, except my another computer connected to the same switch and my friend's MAC located on campus.

At first, I thought it was the problem with Firewall. But I set up port 80 for incoming traffic. I don't understand why some computers can access it but most can't.

My description is vague. Thank you.
