I did not notice, and please excuse my language. I forgot that I had added my own colorful spin when I copied the code.

I am a complete Noob at programming who has decided to start with Java. I am trying to run the Hello World script as follows.

/** * The HelloWorldApp Class implements an application that * simply prints "Hello World!" to standard output. */ class HelloWorldApp { public static void main (String[] args) { System.out.println ("Hello World!"); // Display the string. } }

Every time I try I get the "Error: Could not find or load main class HelloWorld."
This is probably something very simple that I am overlooking. Any help would be appreciated.
